Lily and her friend Sofia ran in a 100 yard fun run in Oakland. Here is Lily perched on Daddy's shoulders to watch the start of the second half marathon.

There were so many people that we didn't even see Lily and Sofia run by us, but here she is post race with her warming blanket.
The girls had their picture taken together after the race.
Then they got their official participation medals.
They found a booth giving away coloring books about Oakland and set to having some relaxation time with their books.
They also did a little "napping" in the sun on their blanket post race.
Daddy thinks next time Lily should try the 5 K!
