A busy December began with our yearly trip to the Swedish Christmas Fair to see Emma sing in the Santa Lucia performance.
Later that day we went to the Rapoza's to help celebrate Lynn's birthday. Fiona decided to go with the rock star look!
Here she is again with her version of dessert, just some whipped cream.
We also spent time picking our tree on Sunday. Fiona liked to look at all the trees.
Lily is a little less excited, but enjoyed picking none the less.
Fiona wanted to wear Daddy's gloves.
Traditional riding the tree photo with Fiona this year.
Later the girls gave Daddy a foot rub.
The elf visited again the year. One thing she left for the girls to do was to plant peppermint kisses in some flour with some magic elf dust. The next morning they were candy canes.
Another tradition is decorating gingerbread houses. Fiona really got into it this year.
The mommies enjoyed mimosas while the girls made their houses.
Later there was a little reading time with Grammy.
A little sisterly love :)
Lily had a little winter potluck at school. We brought lemon bars.
Fiona had fun at my holiday party playing with the newest baby born to one of my fellow teachers.
And then she enjoyed some train time with her friend Adam at ballet.
Fiona went on a little shopping trip with me to get supplies for our crab feed party.
But then she was so worn out she fell asleep on the rocking chair right before party time.
Mugging for the camera.
