Fiona's first day

Fiona started her new daycare in early January. She is going to a school about 3 blocks from where Lily is. She is in an infant room with 7 other little girl babies. The oldest one just turned one today. Daddy took her in on her first day and left her for a few hours and then came back. Mommy wanted a picture since it was her first day back at work too. Daddy sent this video.

Academy of Science

We took a trip to the Academy of Sciences during winter break. We started off in the rainforest. This butterfly liked me, but I wasn't so sure about it.

 Fiona and I got to watch the divers clean the tank.

We had a great time hanging out with the fish. Fiona really noticed them this time, especially the great big ones and the very colorful ones.

End of December

Melina came over to play and we both wore my red sweater dresses.

 I helped Daddy put together my new desk.

 Fi and I are ready to head out for a walk. 

 I am playing Barbie Wii while Fi is playing with her new giraffe toy.

 I set up pillows all around Fiona so that she wouldn't hurt herself if she fell over.

 Mommy got her wedding dress from Grandpa's house and I got to try it on.

 Uncle Stephen and Aunt Natalie sent me some sparkly blue high heels for Christmas.

6 months

At 6 months old, I can roll front to back and back to front with ease.

 I love to get up on my hands and knees and rock back and forth. I can pull myself forward with my arms too. I most often move backwards still though.

 On my six month birthday we rode the BART train into San Francisco for lunch with friends.

 We went to Dolores Park afterward for some playtime.

 I fell asleep while we were at the park.

Christmas Part 2

We arrived at Grammy's house right after noon and just after Uncle Stephen, Aunt Natalie and Colton. I put on my new fancy dress and Colton took my rain boots.

 Aunt Natalie got some Fiona time right away.

 Then Uncle Stephen took a turn.

Fiona and Colton were reintroduced.

 

 Fiona and Colton gave each other some kissies.

 Grandpa had his Fiona time next.

 I got a great new cheerleading outfit from Grammy.

 I hung out on the couch with Uncle Stephen after all the present opening.

 Later I took a bath with Colton.

 

 Grandpa gave the Uncles some fun toys that were then used to attack me!

 Later in the evening, Uncle Louis and Ariel helped me make a fairy with my new fairy kit.

 Colton really liked playing with Fiona's Bumbo.

 Fiona got to hang with Grammy.

 She also tried on my Minnie Mouse bow.

 Colton did not want to have his picture taken with Grandpa.

 Fiona and I had no problem with it though!

 I went out side and rode on my Ariel trike with Colton.

Fiona practiced her tummy time/crawling skills.

 

Colton got a fun ball for Christmas.

Colton was more cooperative for a photo op with Grammy.
