Spring Break

At the beginning of our week we all took a trip to San Francisco to visit the Academy of Sciences. We started out checking out the fish. 

 Daddy tried to get a picture like the one he had from last year. This was the best of the bunch.

 After checking out the fish, we went into the rainforest dome and looked at the butterflies.

 We also spent time looking at the touch tank and feeling the abalone and sea stars.

The next day we walked over to pick Emma up from school for a playdate.

 On our way home we stopped at a tree in someone's yard where they have papers you can hang from the tree with your wishes on them. Emma and I each filled one out wishing to be famous.

 Then we walked over to Maya's school and got her too.

 Mommy let us have chocolate cupcakes that we frosted ourselves.

On Thursday we all took a trip to Napa Valley. We got all ready to go. Fiona put on her jeans jacket for the occasion.

 We began with a stop in Yountville and a trip to the Bouchon bakery. We walked around and played in some gardens.

 After some walking time in downtown Napa, we stopped at a winery that was having wine and chocolate pairings. We had a little snack and played around in their gardens by the fountain.

Our final stop was Domain Chandon for some sparkling wine and lunch.

At the end of the week we had breakfast at Marcia's before heading home to get ready for a birthday party for Mommy.

 We all got dressed up!

 Grammy was here too.

 Here are my friends and I snacking in the kitchen.

Grandpa was there too and got some good cuddle time with Fiona.

It was a very nice week.
