The next day we packed up our stuff and headed north to our second location. We stopped in Long Beach for lunch (and beer).
Afterwards, the girls enjoyed some ice cream before we got back in the car to get to Marina del Rey.
We settled in to our new condo and explored the neighborhood some. The girls enjoyed some silly time with their version of ring around the rosie.
We went over to Manhattan Beach for our first day on the beach.
Daddy helped us build a sand castle.
And Lily lost another tooth!

No trip to Uncle Louis' hood is complete without a trip to Simmzy's . We headed there for a late lunch one day and started with the haystack fries. They have blue cheese and buffalo sauce on them. YUM!
Mommy's favorite part of Simmzy's is the dessert. They make a smores pudding that I love. We also ordered a yummy fresh donut with apple filling and ice cream and caramel. It was awesome.
Fiona rested on Daddy's arm at one point.

Fiona fell asleep in the car on the way back to the condo and rested on Daddy's shoulder while we shopped at Whole Foods for dinner.
We got back and spent some time in the condo pool. Fiona can swim on her own when she wears her floatie vest.
Uncle Gooey brought mexican food over for dinner after work and hung out with us. It was really nice to see him.
One day we decided to head to the Getty Center to check it out. The girls wore their matching dresses that Grammy bought them.
Fiona put on Daddy's socks and Lily's shoes.
They enjoyed the gardens and the fountain.
After we got home they spent some time reading together on the floor. Fiona is wearing one of Daddy's socks!
