A Trip to Grammy and Grandpa's

One weekend we drove to Bakersfield to see Grammy and Grandpa, Uncle Stephen, Uncle Louis, Aunt Natalie, Ariel and Cousin Colton. Fiona hung out on Grammy's lap some.

When Uncle Stephen arrived, we all gathered together to play on his lap.
Later we went outside and played in the crabbie pool and beach ball sprinkler that Grammy bought.

The next morning we got all dressed up to go to a shower for Aunt Natalie and the new baby.
I helped open the presents along with Aunt Natalie's niece, Cammie.
 I modeled the bows.

I enjoyed some pizookie and ice cream with Grammy and Ariel.

Fiona came for the beginning of the shower and then Daddy came and picked her up. She hung out at the house with "the boys."

It was really hot there and we were glad to head home afterwards. We can't wait for the new baby to get here!

Random photos and videos

Lily, Daddy and Fiona all got sick after our trip and on Lily's first day back at school, this is what she did when she got home :)
Here is the end of a play date at Aili's house. They were having a tea party when Fiona and I got there and they let her join in the fun too.

Emma's birthday

After a week of everyone but Mommy being home sick with fever and various other symptoms, we were finally well enough to be in public. We had to miss Melina's birthday party, but we were 24 hours fever free for Emma's.

It was a fancy tea party so we got all dressed up in our finest.

Anna had gone all out on the decorations and Bjorn was our server. He brought around little tea sandwiches, fruits and veggies and treats. We all had glasses with our names on them for iced tea or lemonade.

We got to decorate our hats when we arrived. Fiona decided to try one on too.
At one point we were all on the corner bench together.

Mommy and Fiona had to bring their own hats to the party.

Fiona was worn out towards the end of the party and decided to take a little nap.

We were all tired at the end, but I was glad I got to help at least one friend celebrate her birthday!

Fi stands

Fiona started letting go with both hands and balancing for 20-30 seconds at a time in the airport the day before her 11 month birthday.
