Emma's pj party

Emma celebrated 7 with a pajama party. All the girls got to decorate their own pillow cases when we got there.

Then we had some relaxation time on the pillows while we made cereal necklaces (or just ate cereal:)

There was time for karaoke as well.
 Taco time!

After dinner, the girls all got together on the bench for some storytelling.
Bjorn settled in to tell the girls stories from when he was a kid.

Daddy tried some VERY spicy salsa.

Then it was cupcake time. All the girls got a cupcake and a paint pallet of decorations.

This is the only bite Fiona actually took of her creation.

Then it was back to karaoke.

Fiona got into it with What Does the Fox Say.

Memorial Day Weekend

Over Memorial Day we traveled to the Gabrielsen's cattle ranch in Cottonwood with Aili and her family. We started off with a trip to the Cheeseboard for a breakfast of cheeserolls.
As soon as we were unpacked, we were ready to get in the creek and have some fun!
After a day in the water we played around on the grass and ate a yummy dinner.
Sister cuddle time on the couch.
 Ready for bed!

Aili's daddy had just graduated from his MBA program at Cal so we celebrated with a little cake.
The next morning the daddies went pig hunting and while they were taking their kill to town for processing, the big girls practiced their boogie boarding.
Fiona found a horse she was willing to ride!
All the girls enjoyed the 4 wheeler.

Fiona got one last ride with Daddy when we put it away for the weekend.

We had a fun trip and came away with A LOT of sausage!

Malcolm X Day

Lily's school has Malcolm X Day off for some reason so we spent the day with her friend Aili at the zoo before having late lunch with Daddy at work.

Mothers' Day

Mothers' Day began with some cuddling in bed. Fiona was so fast asleep we could put a beanie boo on her tummy and it stayed right there.

After brunch with Grandpa in San Francisco, we met up with our friends to attend a Frozen Sign a Long. This was Fiona's first movie. The kids all got goody bags.
There was a glow stick inside the bag.

We went with Lily's friends Emma and Melina and their families.
Fiona had fun for a while, but seeing as it was nap time, she decided to nap during the movie.
After the show we walked over to Dolores Park for some play time.
The girls shared some ice cream on a "boat."

There was lots of running and sliding and posing for pictures.
Before leaving both girls got on this fun swing together.
