Thanksgiving

For Thanksgiving we drove to Bakersfield to celebrate. We all got dressed up nice and took some family photos. Fiona was not wild about smiling.

 Until she got put down and decided to be mischievous while Mommy tried to get pictures of the two girls.

 Here she is on her own in her cute polka dot dress.

 Afterwards, we went outside in the back to play ball and ride on toys. Here is Fiona with a ball.

 Lily decided to try out Mommy and Uncle Stephen and Uncle  Louis' old rocking dog.

 Then she convinced Daddy and Uncle Stephen to play monkey in the middle.

 Fiona and Colton did lots of ball chasing as well.

 Fiona found an old phone in the garage. Telephones are a favorite of hers.

 Grammy came outside to watch the fun and Fi decided some lap time was in order.

 She tried out the Ariel trike too. Lily continued to play monkey in the middle.

 Fiona tried to throw the ball to Grammy.

 Uncle Louis joined in the monkey in the middle fun.

 After play time we went inside to relax with Uncle Louis and Ariel.

 Daddy got all the kids together on his lap.

The next day started with some family photos. Not everyone cooperated for all of them, but we got some cute ones.

Then we had some "nap time" on the floor with pillows and blankets in the living room.

 Then it was time to go play at the park. Fiona is taking a break from the playing.

 Then we went to have lunch together before heading home. Lily hung out with Aunt Natalie and Caydence for a while.

Then I took the big kids outside to play a bit. Here they are looking at some ants together.

After that it was off to home for everyone.

Gymnastics

Lily moved up a level in gymnastics which means she's there for 90 minutes now. So to help Fiona manage that amount of time, she is taking a 45 minute class. Both girls are in class with their friends, sisters Sophia and Nora. The class before Thanksgiving, James got to come with us. He bought Fi her own suit, which she loved.

 Since James was there, I got to focus on taking pictures and videos of both girls. We start every class on the trampolines.

 Daddy spent some time "helping" Fiona bounce.

After bouncing we did some running and stretching.

 Meanwhile, Lily was practicing back bends.

Fiona spent time walking on the balance beam. She needed help on the tall, skinny ones.

But she could do the short fat one on her own,

Fiona loves the tumble track. She doesn't actually jump on it yet, but she runs down it at full speed!
